Every package starts with a minimum term of 4 months. After that the contract renews for the agreed contract period, usually 12 months.

You can top up additional credits at any time directly in the app - no new contract and no waiting.

Yes. You get a free trial of the full platform.

Your monthly credits apply to your entire billing period - the period you pay for in advance. If you pay quarterly, for example, you can spread three months' worth of credits freely across those three months, so a quieter month can be made up for in the next one. Unused credits only expire at the end of the billing period; they are not carried over into the next one.
