Venta AI releases four new AI sales employees to take over cold outbound, preparation of trade fairs, monitoring news and monitoring job postings

Munich, September 23, 2025: Venta AI, an up-and-coming Munich-based start-up in the field of sales automation, is today launching four new AI employees to support German sales teams. Just three months after its $2 million pre-seed financing round, Venta AI is putting its vision into practice by creating AI colleagues who not only automate processes but also contribute their own knowledge and actively support users in acquisition.

Four new AI employees for sales

Venta AI's AI colleagues are based on the agent principle: instead of simply working through individual tasks according to pre-programmed patterns, they act independently like specialized team members. Each agent pursues a clear goal, plans the necessary steps, executes them independently, and draws on knowledge and external data sources. This creates a new form of collaboration between humans and AI – with significantly more initiative and proactive added value.

A total of four new AI employees have been developed. They cover key tasks in new customer acquisition and enhance classic tools with independent intelligence:

Company and contact search

This AI employee searches various databases according to specified criteria and provides qualified companies with suitable contact persons. It then enriches this information with relevant data and creates customized approaches. This allows contacts to be addressed in a personalized manner in no time at all.

Monitoring press articles

By monitoring thousands of news sources daily, this AI employee finds relevant company news about potential new and existing customers as well as competitors. This helps sales staff find the right time to approach them.

Preparing for trade fairs

By simply entering a trade fair website, this AI employee automatically creates a list of exhibiting companies and checks them against individual criteria. This means that appointment requests can be sent out in just a few minutes for a trade fair visit.

Monitoring job postings

New job postings are often an important indicator of new potential business relationships. Venta AI monitors specified job advertisements and automatically creates appropriate messages.

Customers are already relying on Venta AI

Venta AI's solutions are already being used successfully by start-ups and established medium-sized companies alike. Customers include medium-sized companies such as the ARNO Group, UnternehmerTUM, and a&o hostels. They use Venta AI to tap into suitable customer groups, make their sales processes more efficient, and discover new business opportunities.
